An amino acid balanced (B) diet that included fish meal and an "imbalanced" (I) diet that included 20% RSM were formulated. The I diet was "corrected" by the addition of 0,15% L-lysine (diet CL) andjor 0,10% DL-methiomine (diet CLM) . For 3 consecutive periods of 14 days each, the following dietary choices were offered: diet B vs. diet I; diet I vs. diet CL and diet I vs. diet CLM.
