ABSTRACT
KINETIC GERMINATION OF Raphanus sativus L.

The kinetics of radish (Raphanus sativus L.) germination expressed as seed increase in fresh weight shows a three-phase curve characterized as a periodf of rapid water absorption followed by stabilization of the fresh weight and lasting with a rapid weight increase which represents radicle emergence. Temperature affected phases in different ways.
