Progreta dried pea, a cultivar for southern Chile

The reduced foliage dried pea (Pisum sativum L.) variety Progreta, was introduced from the United Kingdom, in 1982. It is now recommended for Southern Chile, due to its good yleld potential and superior resistance to lodging. It is meant mainly for animal feed compounding.
