At the Cauquenes Experiment Station, during the 1975/76 growing season, samples of petioles, blades, shoots, spurs, trunks and roots of unirrigated Mission vines were taken periodically and the total N, P, K, Ca and Mg percentages were determined by the tissue analysis procedure. Figures with seasonal trends for each nutrient in each organ are included. Results didn’t show a clear difference between the content of nutrients in these unirrigated vines and those reported for irrigated ereas. This comparisori, surely, should be made under the same ecological conditions, other than water availability.
