IDENTIFICATION AND PATHOGENICITY OF Helminthosporium alli (CAMPANILE) ON RED GARLIC (Allium satvum L.)

The pathogenicity of Helminthosporium allii (Campanile) on red garlic (Allium sativum L.) was confirmed through the inoculation of wounded and not wounded cloves. This fungus was isolated from garlic plants grown in the central zone of Chile.
