The thiamine conten of 31 samples of barley, 33 samples of oat and 33 samples of corn was determined by means of a fluorimetric method.
The figures obtained were:
for Oats 5.60 mg./100 g.
for Barley 5.03 mg./100 g.
for Corn 4.45 mg./100 g.
