The experiment was done on a seed-bed trying to prove the effect of 3 soil - fungicieles, alone or combineel anel 3 seeel - fungicides on Rhizoctonia sp., Pythium sp. anel Fusarium sp., damping - off fungi on Lycopersicon sculentum seedlings.
As soil fungicieles, Brassicol (pentachloronitrobenzene) alone or combineel with Dexon (p-elimethylaminobencene-eliazo sodium sulfanate) and Demosan (l,4-dichloro-2,5-dimethioxybenzene) anel Dexon + Demosan were used. As seeel fungicieles Arasan (tetramethyl thiuram elisulfiele) ,Orthocide (N-trichloromethylmercapto-4cyclohex-1,2-dicarboxymide) and copper carbonate were applied.
The results show that soil fungi are more important than seed fungi and the most successful practice uneler our conditions is their control with a methyl bromiele soil fumigation or with a PCNB fungicide.
