Dollinco-INIA is a facultative semidwarf bread wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) released by the Wheat Breeding Proyect at Carillanca Research Center, Instituto de Investigaciones Agropecuarias, Temuco. It is moderately susceptible to stripe rust, resistant to leaf rust and moderately resistant to septoria leaf blotch and powdery mildew. Its mean yield for four seasons has varied between 7.84 and 14.46 t ha-1 in three locations in Southern Chile. It has good quality for direct bread making, with a high sedimentation value (55.8) and good bread volume (749 cm3).
